The City of Hinesville & Hinesville Downtown Development Authority proposes to construct a memorial monument at the intersection of North Main Street and Memorial Drive in downtown Hinesville. The City of Hinesville will be collaborated with the Sculpture Department at the Savannah College of the Arts and Design on this project. The winning proposal was "The Resonance", created by Capucine Gros, Christopher Crowe and Brian Rogers. The proposed budget for the sculpture is $50,000.
